I used to come wash and dry here years ago however, this place went downhill! The staff is extremely rude! They either answer you with a nasty attitude or ignore you! The washing machine I had my clothes in stopped spinning out of nowhere. I asked the ladies that were working what happened after almost 20 minutes I finally got an answer. They said just wait and it will start again. 30 minutes later it never started again. So now my clothes are half washed and soaked! So I take them out and use another machine. I then asked for a refund! At first they ignored me then when they finally answered they refused to give me a refund and said it is not their problem! I asked to speak to a manager and of course I was ignored once again for another 15 minutes then they said come back tomorrow because there isnt a manager on staff today! Mind you the whole time they were ignoring my wife and I they were talking bad about us in Spanish as if we wouldn't understand what they are actually saying us being hispanic as well! I dont care how convenient it may be to do laundry here i will never return here again. Nor should anyone! This place does not deserve to anyone's hard earned money! This place

I come here often, and despite having a laundromat just two minutes from my home, I prefer this one because it’s spacious and open late. However, there are a few things that could really improve the experience. They never seem to have enough carts. People tend to hold onto them and keep their bags inside so no one else can use them, which makes it difficult when you actually need one. The parking lot is also very small and almost always full, and it’s common to see people double-park. Trying to find the owner of a blocked-in car is almost impossible. Inside, it gets extremely packed. The designated folding areas are usually taken—either by people folding or people just standing there with their things spread out—and it’s hard to find any space to organize your laundry. I asked an employee if I could use the tables near their station, and she told me no. Overall, I don’t find the staff very helpful when it comes to assisting customers who need a cart or a table in the moment. I still come here because of the size and late hours, but the lack of carts, limited parking, and unhelpful staff can make the experience frustrating.

Best laundromat near city. It’s a rare find for me. A bit expensive but machines are great and cool inside. They have restrooms for customers also. I go Costco for shopping from parkchester and take my laundry to this one. Love it..

Love that it's open 24 hours. I go early in the morning or late at night. On Saturdays and Sundays it can get really packed. They have a small onsite parking lot which is also good.
